Quality policy

Our company holds a significant share in the repairs and modernization of digitally controlled machines in the Czech and Slovak Republics. The company's management aims for this policy to be suitable for the company's purposes and context and to support its strategic focus. To maintain this intention, the company's management has decided, in accordance with the corporate strategy, to adopt the following principles and guidelines:

In the area of cooperation with employees:

  • Create a positive corporate culture based on qualified, motivated, and loyal employees.
  • Collaborate with employees in setting goals, focusing on improving the quality of work and adhering to OSH principles.
  • Improve technical and material equipment to achieve a high level of service quality with a focus on preventing occupational safety and health hazards.

In the area of management systems:

  • Achieve high productivity and profitability, minimize costs related to non-quality production, and fees due to the impact of our activities on the environment or employee health.
  • Prevent customer complaints through output control and individual employee accountability.
  • Manage all subcontractors and external partners to adhere to the quality principles adopted by our organization.

In the area of partnerships with customers, suppliers, and the public:

  • Deepen relationships with suppliers of labor and materials, further develop the principles of individual management systems with these partners, and implement deliveries accordingly.
  • Increase customer satisfaction through high-quality services, including the reliable and responsive approach of our employees.

The company's management is committed to continuously improving the effectiveness of the Quality System in accordance with the requirements of ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016.
