The company S.O.S. DIFAK, s.r.o. was established in 1992 as a service firm for the repairs of the foreign and inland machines with numerical control. At first there were only some men in the company who went to the customers for the service repairs. In time the company got some experience on the field of the more complicated machine-tools and began to offer to the customers not only the service of the existing machine but also the possibility of the modernization - drives and systems pick-up. In this way we obtained the first orders for the replacement of the outdated systems by the up-to-date systems of the companies Siemens, Heidenhain, Fagor. We made the replacements of the DC-drives by the AC-drives which offer the possibility of the higher engine revolutions and the lower service requirements. Getting the experience we changed from the small to the more complicated repairs both the electric parts of the machines and the middle repairs of the mechanical parts of the machine-tools. The interest in the repairs was increased as so as the requirements of the space and workers dealing with them. We successfully lost it by the construction of the workrooms in Želeč, Jeníčkova Lhota and Slapy. Nowadays we have the workteam with thirty employees with the special qualification and education to effect the complicated repairs of the numerical machines.
Nowadays the clients are interested in the complet overhaul of the semi-automatic lathes SPT 16 N, NA, NC and SPT 32 N, NCby the replacement. We do the complet overhaul of the boring machines VR 5 N, NB, NC, Weiler and SPL 25 NC from the home manufacturers as so as from the foreign ones - Weisser, Oerlikon, Mikromat, SIP, ACIERA ect. acoording to the requirements of our clients. The other field of interest is the modernization concerning the replacement of the driving gears and control systems of the machine-tools. Our client like to use our service which is professional and which has the wide suport of the spare parts.
We help our clients to choose the machines fitting for the retrofit and modernization, we increase their productivity and the utility value. The most of the old machine-tools in the factories of our client do not reach the required accuracy and speed. The reason is their mechanical wear and tear, failure caused by the old drives and control systems. The important reason is the moral out datedness which don't allow the connection with the present computer network ant the technological programs. The above-mentioned problems could be removed after the realized modernization by meaning of the change of the control systems, drives and measuring parts. The service and the compatibleness reach the level of the new machines sold on the contemporary market with the possibility to use the existing accessory and programs done for the corresponding machine. Within the framework of the modernization it is possible to equip the machine with the other special accessory e.g. the other control of the axis, rotary tables special clamps, tool drives, positioning of the spindle to the increase of the working extent or precision of the machine. Contemporary situation indicates the beginning of the gradual economical pick-up connected with the puck-up of the older machine-tools and forming machines. But the prices of the new machines will be high for the contractor's subject end the machine modernization by the refit is the more economical way how to renovate the machine stock. The possibility to use the present accessory and programs for the machine is also interesting. The price of the accessory of the new machines even reaches 1 of the price of the new machine.
